The Rights And Freedoms of The Lord Jesters  Motorcycle Club:

 

I. Any and all members have the inalienable right to assemble [Have church and such] ,so long as it doesn't interfere with a serious club emergency [War and Club Church, not silly beef]

 

II. Any ideas given by any member for the better good of their chapter shall be taken under advisement [by any and all chapter leaders so long as it requires so] by leading officers. These ideas shall also be provided by officers under the same amendment.

 

III. Members of all charters in the present and the future shall be treated as equals, they shall not be treated as second class members due to them being a part of their selected chapter. This does not mean that there will not be hierarchy, it simply states that all members will be treated fairly no matter the charter. Exceptions apply in cases of humour and/or times of serious war based on officers judgement.

 

IV. In any case in which a leader [President] has effected a chapter negatively, misrepresented or shown a large sum of disrespect in honest nature [not humor] , then there may be a vote called to remove said President from the leading role. This in no way means that said leader is kicked out of the club, this simply means he/she is kicked back to the patch member position until further notice. But there MUST be a majority ruling by every officer in said chapter [by majority I mean more I's than Nay's, not an 100% majority].

 

V. Any member has free will to leave the club at any time on "good terms" [to be determined by vote] . But in the case of an officer the member must provide a suitable replacement and a two week notice. Any violation of this specific amendment will result in a patch hunt layed upon the offender.

 

VI. None of these club rights are provided to any prospect until after they have earned a full patch in the the club, in the case of a patch-over the rights will be given a day after being voted into the club simply for precaution.

 

VII. These rights are available to be edited/fixed/negated at any time necessary so long as the change is needed. This list of club rights can not be changed without a majority vote between ALL chapters officers.[Any Amendment Violated Will Differ In Punishment]
